We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
If your item is faulty or incorrect, it will be covered under our warranty policy.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@centralgoods.com.au to begin your return. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Once you’ve shipped the item, we’ll process your refund straight away—no need to wait until it arrives.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@centralgoods.com.au so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:
1. Return the original item.
2. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For same-item exchanges, contact us at support@centralgoods.com.au.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time to officially post.
3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
